Ingredients
30 ml Gnista Floral Wormwood
15 ml Thyme syrup
10 ml coconut cream
10 ml Lime juice
50 ml Apple juice
Non Alcoholic Ginger beer
Garnish
Crushed ice
Slice of Lime
Method
Add Gnista Floral Wormwood, thyme syrup, coconut cream, lime juice and apple juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into highball glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with some crushed ice and slice of lime.
