By now we know of the many health benefits that kombucha has to offer so why not add it to an alcohol free cocktail and make it fancy. The often fruity, carbonated and slightly sweet taste of Kombucha, mixes beautifully with the floral taste of Gnista Floral Wormwood and the sharp aftertaste of ginger.
Ingredients
50 ml Gnista Floral Wormwood
25 ml Kombucha
25 ml Lime juice
20 ml Ginger syrup
2 dashes Orange bitters
Garnish
Dehydrated Orange Wheel
Method
Stir Gnista Floral Wormwood, lime juice, ginger syrup and orange bitters in coupette glass and top up with kombucha. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
