This is a deliciously fruity alcohol free cocktail with just the right amount of sparkle and a velvety finish.
Ingredients
70 ml Gnista Floral Wormwood
30 ml Yuzu juice
20 ml Mandarin cordial
2 dashes Peychaud bitters
Egg white
A splash of Capi soda
Garnish
a dash of Peychaud bitters (optional)
Method
Add all the ingredients except for the soda to a cocktail shaker with some ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Add a splash of Capi Soda and serve with a large piece of ice and garnish with a few drops of peychaud bitters.
