30-50 ml Gnista Floral Wormwood
60-100 ml non-alcoholic Prosecco or Sparkling Wine such as Plus & Minus Blanc de Blancs or Vinada Airen Gold

Large Ice Block
Lemon peel
Method
Build up Gnista Floral Wormwood and non-alcoholic Prosecco in a coupe over a large ice block. Garnish with lemon peel.
